While AXIOHELIX practices above policy、with recognizing that personal data is an important asset of each stakeholder, AXIOHELIX execute the following approach about the protection based on the guideline besides JIS Q15001:2006 and Act for Protection of Computer Processed Personal Data.

1. AXIOHELIX utilizes personal data within the scope of the intended use that is clearly communicated to customers. AXIOHELIX does not disclose or provide personal data provided by customers to third parties except with the consent of the customer from whom the personal data was obtained or when there is a legitimate reason.
2. AXIOHELIX strictly observes the Personal Data Protection Law and other relevant laws and regulations.
3. AXIOHELIX strives to prevent unauthorized access to personal data or the leakage, loss, or damage of personal data and continually enhances and remediates information security management.
4. AXIOHELIX responds to inquiries from customers concerning personal data or AXIOHELIX Personal Data Protection Program or requests from customers for disclosure of personal data sincerely.
5. To handle all individual information handled in our business appropriately,　AXIOHELIX has established the AXIOHELIX Personal Data Protection Program (the "Program") in accordance with JISQ15001, which AXIOHELIX carefully implements and maintains, while striving to continuously improve the personal data protection management system.
